We are renting our 4 bedroom/3.5 bedroom home in Lynn Valley, North Vancouver. The home is located on a quiet dead-end street, close to the best of hiking and mountain biking in the area and features gorgeous views across N.Van, Burnaby and as far as Mount Baker on a sunny day.
Guests will enjoy 2 levels - our main level features an open concept space and includes a informal (t.v) living room, informal dining room (6 seats), formal living room, formal dining room (6 seats), playroom for kids, powder room and mudroom for belongings. Floor to ceiling windows give you a view from every part of the main floor. Access the oversized balcony and enjoy BBQ, lounge area and dining area (6 seats).
Head to the lower second level where 4 bedrooms are located:
Bedroom 1 features a King Size bed and large ensuite with direct access to the deck. hottub and backyard area (totally private from neighbours).
Bedroom 2 features a King size bed and ensuite.
Bedroom 3 has a single bed (an additional fold out bed can be added to this room) and shares a bathroom with Bedroom 4.
Bedroom 4 features a bunk bed.
There is a rec room to enjoy that has direct access to the deck, a full size gym, and large grassy backyard complete with a sandbox, trampoline and room to run! The deck has a large brand new private hottub.
The driveway allows for two parked cars, two main entrances, side entrance to backyard, garbage/recycling area, and hose.
