Tile on entry, hardwood throughout other than carpet in the bedrooms. The ground level has in-floor radiant heated tile. Additional access to a common area club house with gym, lounge, complimentary wireless, games and kitchen (must be reserved). Exceptionally well maintained HOA and campus built in 2006.
